Beach for Me, Please - |

Beach for Me, Please

Thinking back, I can’t remember a time when I didn’t want to live on the beach. I love hearing the waves crash through the open windows each night and it’s even better to be able to get up and walk along the sand in the morning. Now that dream’s a reality since I bought my dad’s old beach house! I’ve been living here for a few months now and it’s really starting to feel like home. I had to make some improvements, of course, since he hadn’t updated the place since like 1970 but it’s starting to look better. I had thedeck refinished and got satellite internet after doing research at but other than that, it didn’t need much other than a coat of paint. I’m so thankful dad wanted to get rid of the place since I’d just been laid off and was looking to move anyway. Waking up next to the ocean each morning definitely makes my life better in every way imaginable! I don’t know how I lived on hard land for so long!
